Delivery Information
All orders are lovingly packaged and dispatched from our offices in Brighton, UK. Orders placed before 2pm (DPD) and 3pm (Royal Mail) will be dispatched the same working day.
International Orders:
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to 61 international destinations, so duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, with no extra charges on delivery. Search your destination below to check your shipping details.
For all other destinations, you may be emailed by the courier to pay taxes, customs duties, and handling fees before delivery. Unpaid parcels are returned to us, which can take up to 90 days.
Some Standard International orders require a signature on delivery.
Transit times are estimates from our carriers. Customs delays and inspections are outside our control and can occasionally cause delays.
