During the last few months in lockdown, we have been sending orders out from our closed Brighton shop premises. However, we have been working hard behind-the-scenes to get ready to move completely online as we have made the decision after 8 years in our lovely shop, to close the physical store permanently.
We are just about ready to move into our fabulous new offices, with lots more space to fulfill all of your orders. Our new offices are located just around the corner from our old shop in Brighton’s famous Lanes so, if you do find yourself in Brighton and need some in-person advice about our hair clips or fascinators, we are able to take appointments in our new office space.
What this means for our online customers: We have even more time to focus on making the website as amazing and easy to use as possible! For example, we will be able to keep more of your favourite products in stock, as we will be prioritising our ever-popular French handmade and French Essentials ranges, as well as other bestsellers.
In our new offices, we will continue to ensure everything is COVID-19 secure, following all the guidelines and making sure it’s safe for all staff and customers, and ensuring any returns get fully sanitised before they are able to be sold again.

Although we are sad to be closing our shop and seeing our regular customers in person, we are very excited about this new chapter and the changes ahead!
