Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (2pm for DPD) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day. 

UK Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Usually delivered within 2-5 working days. £3.50 or FREE on orders £40+

UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery. Usually delivered within 1-2 working days. £4.50 

UK DPD Next Day Delivery. Order by 2pm Monday - Friday for delivery the next working day. £5.95 or FREE over £100+

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm® Next Day Order before 3pm Mon - Fri for Next Day delivery. £9.95

Local Collection (Brighton North Laine) Pick up location: 14 Tichborne Street, Brighton, BN1 1UR. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Usually within 24 hours. Free of charge.

Returns Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving the item to request a return for an exchange or refund.

We want you to have a carefree shopping experience at Tegen Accessories. If you are not completely happy with your new hair accessory, please return it to us, and we will refund you or offer you an exchange.

Sustainability

Sustainability is incredibly important to us at Tegen Accessories and we continually strive to enhance our eco-friendly practices to ensure a greener, more responsible future. 

Our French Handmade accessories are crafted from sheets of cellulose acetate which is a flexible and robust biodegradable material made from natural compounds such as cotton and wood pulp. This is a highly sustainable production process because every part of this sheet can then be used in the creation of our smaller hair accessories or melted down to be reused with absolutely no wastage. 

Our French Essentials and À La Mode lines are made from reusable materials sourced from the handmade collection. Offcuts are meticulously collected and ground down, promoting an eco-friendly cycle of reuse.

All of our packaging is also recyclable and plastic free.
