These claws are hand crafted in France, in a family run factory which has been in operation since 1892! Made of cellulose acetate, these biodegradable claws are kind to the planet and to your hair! Hand polished for a smooth finish these claws are then hand fitted with a strong steel spring, which will hold even the thickest of hair in place all day long without causing damage!
In fine to medium hair, this claw can be used to create French twists and buns. For those with thicker hair, this claw creates lovely half-up styles. With its hand polished edges and strong spring, this claw is kind to finer hair, and strong enough to handle thicker hair. It comes in a brushed cotton dust bag for storage and protection. Any offcuts from the production of our Ooh La La! Handmade Accessories are ground down and turned into beads, that are then reused to create our injection moulded French Essentials Collection, reducing waste.
