The Tegen Rewards Program allows customers to earn points while you shop to be able to redeem money off your future orders. This is a step-by-step guide to walk you through how to redeem the points that you have accumulated. Alternatively, if you are yet to join the rewards program and you need help with joining or how to earn loyalty points.
Step One: Accessing the Program
You can access the Rewards Program by clicking on the tab at the top of our website called 'Rewards'.
Step Two
Once you click on 'Rewards' a pop up in the left bottom corner will appear where you can either sign in to your account or join now.
Step Three
Once you are signed into your personal account, select 'Rewards' again and this will bring up your reward points. Remember, 100 Tegen reward points equals £1 to spend.
Step Four
Select 'Ways to redeem' and you will be taken to this page where you can select the button 'Redeem' and generate your discount code!
Step Five
Select 'Apply Code' and copy this unique discount code into the discount code box at checkout.
